- Briefing: in-depth preliminary talk, requirements analysis, definition of the appropriate strategy, market research, compilation of the candidate’s profile and list of target companies
- Research: identification and contact with potential candidates, in parallel searching the relevant online job markets
- Interviews and Pre-Selection: personal calls with selected candidates, compilation of “confidential profiles of candidates”, evaluation of profiles with the customer, scheduling of appointments
- Presentation: face-to-face presentation of the candidates to the customer, if requested: do reference calls
- Closing and Integration Monitoring: interface management / moderation of contract negotiations, feedback interviews with the candidate during the probation phase.
